Refund & Exchange Policy
(1) Introduction
We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
(2) Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will none the less be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) We receive the returned product with the receipt within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product.
(b) The returned product is un-used, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink wrap intact and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
(c) Any item returned faulty within 30 days of purchase will be refunded or replaced as necessary.
(d) Any unwanted customer orders returned will be eligible for a credit note only.
(e) Special orders are unreturnable and may be subject to a handling charge.
(3) Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy you must return the original item to the store within the time period outlined above, with the original receipt and in a saleable condition.
(4) Exclusions
The following types of product are excluded and may not be returned under this policy.
(a) Food and any other products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above.
(b) Healthcare products including shavers.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for health and hygiene reasons for example and may require a restocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.
Goods ordered and not paid for will be liable to lose the deposit if not taken within 6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights.
